  • What is neurodivergent counselling?

Neurodivergent counselling is therapy that focuses on people with different ways of thinking, feeling, learning, and sensing the world. It supports people whose brains work differently, like those who are autistic, have ADHD, or are dyslexic.

  • Who is it for?

Anyone who identifies as neurodivergent, suspects they might be, or simply struggles with systems that feel overwhelming. It’s also for caregivers, parents, and allies looking to support neurodivergent loved ones with care and understanding.

  • Do I need a diagnosis to access neurodivergent counselling?

Yes and no. It is helpful to have a diagnosis from a neurodevelopmental specialist, but it’s not the only way to begin. If you feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or like your brain works differently, you can still reach out. We can explore your experiences together, and if needed, use standardized tools to better understand how to support you. You don’t need a label to be heard, helped, or cared for.

  • How can I benefit from neurodivergent counselling as a caregiver?

As a caregiver, you also need a space where you can feel supported. Maybe your loved one had a big emotional outburst, didn’t sleep all night, picked up a new habit, or is struggling with transitions. Maybe you feel overwhelmed and tired. Or maybe you just want to share something joyful like your child saying a full sentence at 11, getting potty trained at 5, or finally making a friend they enjoy being around. This counselling space is here for all of that. You can talk, cry, celebrate, ask questions, and feel understood. You are not alone and your journey matters too.

  • How much does a counselling session cost?

Each counselling session is standardized at 160 dollars. This applies to all services, whether it’s for individuals, caregivers, or families. There are no extra fees.

  • Do you offer in-person and online counselling?

No, we do not offer in-person sessions. All our counselling services are fully virtual. This allows you to access support from the comfort of your own space, wherever you are.

  • How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment by filling out our online contact form, calling us directly, or sending us an email. Our team will guide you through the process and match you with the right counsellor based on your needs.
