Tulivu Circles is a weekly virtual gathering created for neurodivergent; autistic adults, ADHDers, HSPs, and anyone who experiences the world through a different lens. Here, we show up as we are, support each other, and share what it’s like to be neurodivergent in a world that doesn’t always understand.
We meet every Saturday at:
5:00-6:00 PM (East Africa Time, EAT)
To help you join from anywhere in the world, here are some equivalent times:
3:00-4:00 PM (West Africa Time, WAT)
2:00-3:00 PM (Greenwich Mean Time, GMT)
10:00-11:00 AM (Eastern Time, ET – e.g., New York, Toronto)
7:00-8:00 AM (Pacific Time, PT – e.g., California, Vancouver)
3:00-4:00 AM (AEDT – e.g., Sydney) A bit too early; we will adjust when we have a good number from here.
Sessions are held on Zoom. Cameras optional, speaking optional, being yourself essential.
You can come every week or drop in whenever you need community.
Tulivu means peaceful in Swahili and that’s what we aim for: peaceful presence, shared stories, and deep listening. No fixing, no judgment. Just authentic connection.
To join, reply or request the Zoom link. We’d love to have you with us.
These circles are for parents, guardians, and caregivers who are doing their best to care for an autistic child while juggling emotions, finances, relationships, and everything in between. We meet every Saturday from 8:00-9:00 PM (East Africa Time) on Zoom.
