I am a counselling psychologist with special training in providing autism-informed care. In my work, I use approaches that focus on safety, understanding, and practical support.
Some of the methods I use include person-centered therapy, where we focus on what matters most to you, and cognitive behavioural therapy, which helps manage thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. I also use sensory-aware strategies to make sessions more comfortable and responsive to how someone experiences the world.
I help with challenges such as emotional overwhelm, social anxiety, identity questions and communication difficulties.. For caregivers, I offer tools to help you support your loved one while also taking care of your own mental and emotional health. I aim to offer a calm, respectful, and safe haven for you.
